I have been working with this store for suits for my upcoming wedding and it has been by far the most horrible experience ever. Word of advice do not work with Rich. Two of my groomsman have been assured on multiple occasions that they have placed the order for their suits. Two weeks prior we learn from the Oceanside location that no suits had been ordered. However, Rich continues to call us and assure us the order will arrive. We are no left scrambling at the last minute. No apology for the mishap. Unbelieveable... do yourself a favor and avoid this location and in particular Rich.
